  20 Rig limit.  The clubhouse space is our limiting factor here.  


Cost to attend will be: $15 per adult.

Campsite cost:   $35.00 a night.

  • day you plan to arrive

Why?  Because we make a directory before the rally.  Your photo will be added when you arrive, and we will email those out to you the next day.

Your phone number (prefer cell #) we like to have for road emergencies.  In case you don’t arrive we like to know your safe.

 If you don’t hear from us within 3 days we didn’t get your email, try again.


Registration Fee:

When we receive the above info we will notify you with the address to send a check to pay for those in your group for attending this event.

After we receive your check we will send you a “Email Confirmation Letter” confirming that, “Your signed up for the above Event.”

Cancellation Policy:     Oct. 16, 2019

If you are not going to be able to attend the rally we ask that you cancel no later than       the above date.  If you have to cancel after the above date, out of courtesy to others please contact us.  This is only fair to those on a waiting list.  Thank you.

Refund Regarding cancellation notices: 46 days and out if you contact us, and cancel your request to attend this event.  We will send you a certified “United States Post Office” money order check minus any fee’s pertaining to said check.

This is a Social Event.  


Suggested Schedule:

  • Arrival Potluck,  A Snack, Appetizer Potluck 5 p.m. 
  • Christmas Potluck Supper,     Snacks & conversations start around 3pm.  Christmas Potluck Supper starts around 5 p.m.
  • Breakfast’s – Many of us meet at the Hungry Hunter Cafe Restaurant (located on the RV Park) for coffee, & or breakfast in the mornings.  They have some of the Best cafe food in Branson.  Open 7am – 2pm

Itinerary-

This is our 7th annual Christmas Party this is a social gathering. Branson is such a large entertainment community that we offer many suggestions for the entire group to go and see things individually or  in small groups. To satisfy everyone’s taste there are usually three large groups that go different directions. Below is a suggested itinerary.  We will try and do one thing as a group.
 
Dec. 1 – 
5 pm – Arrival Potluck
7 pm – Socializing and games
Dec. 2-
8 am – coffee percolating in clubhouse
8 am – Breakfast or coffee at the campground restaurant.
8 am – 8 pm
10 am –Open house Rig Day
  • For those who wish to we will do a group outing in the afternoon.  Yet to be determined.  OR,
  • Day is open to the group to go out on the town, and take in one of the many entertainment events Branson has to offer.  show, shopping, sites seeing, parades, museums.  Or to sit around the clubhouse and socialize.

3 pm – Christmas Party starts.  Socializing, snacks, Christmas music, hot drinks, games.
 
5 pm – Christmas Potluck Supper (normal potluck like church)
 
6 pm – Sharing of gifts
 
7 pm – Socializing and games
Dec. 5
8 am – 10am  – coffee percolating in clubhouse
Parting goodbyes in the clubhouse.

Suggestions of things to Do:

  • College of the Ozarks
  • Fish Hatchery tour
  • Top of the Rock golf cart tour
  • Top of the Rock Museum tour
  • Bowling
  • Table games bring’em and we’ll play’em
  • shopping
  • shows – we know of a place to get tickets, at a greatly reduced rate,  some 2 for 1, others up to 50% off.   They don’t cover all the shows in town but about 70%.

 Don’t forget a present.   One per Rig.

$15 – 30 range.  
  • The Gift Exchange is for fun, not mandatory.
  • Those who bring a present get to participate in the gift exchange. 
  • Please make it something you can use in your camper, or you’d use for the camping season. 
  • The idea behind this gift is no one really has to go out of their way and spend extra money on someone else your really spending it on yourself, in around about way.  
  • Plus we all get the fun of opening a Christmas gift.       
  •  Below are some suggestion.  You can do whatever you want to.  You’ve all come up with great gifts in the past.  

Here are some ideas or examples of some gifts 

Kitchen ideas-

  • paper plates, paper napkins, nice plates, and or bowls, with place mats, with matching cloth napkins, some special coffee, popcorn, candy, hot chocolate, knife set, cutting board… 
Utilitarian ideas-
  •  shop towels, windshield washer fluid, hand cleaner, zip ties, bungee cords, AA batteries.  collapsible steps. Flash lights, TP :), thermal cups, fire starter, Hand cleaner, work gloves, toilet packs,….
Cozy home ideas- 
  • Some candles, & candle holders, some nice place mats, dishtowels, bottle of wine, salt and pepper shakers.  Puzzles, travel size games, maps, or devotionals, nic-nac’s to hang on the TC wall, Blanket….
 
Or a combination of some of the above.  You can do whatever you like, pick your own idea, the above are just suggestions.

Remember you don’t have to do any of our events its your choice, we just try and provide some fun for all to do as a group, and make some memories to look back on and smile.
