2021 MWTCF Summer Rally

Cost to attend will be: $15 per adult.
Campsite cost: $30 a night.

- day you plan to arrive
Why? Because we make a directory before the rally. Your photo will be added when you arrive, and we will email those out to you the next day.
Your phone number (prefer cell #) we like to have for road emergencies. In case you don’t arrive we like to know your safe.

If you don’t hear from us within 3 days we didn’t get your email, try again.
Payable at the Rally. However you Must Register with us for a head count. Please don’t abuse Registration/Cancellation privileges’ or we will reinstate Pre-Pay for each event. We do this Privately and cannot afford expenditures if you are a no show. We keep Expenses as Low as we can for your benefit.
When we receive the above info from you and a request to (Register for the Rally) We will send you an “Email Confirmation Letter” confirming that, “Your signed up for the above Event.”

Cancellation Policy: June 28th, 2021
Refund Regarding cancellation notices: 31 days and out if you contact us, and cancel your request to attend this event we will send you a refund. (not applicable in 2021)
If we the wagon masters cancel this event at any time we will refund you your registration fee, or advance it to the next event you attend. Your choice.

July 29th Thur.– Arrival day. Appetizer / Sandwiches Potluck 5:30 pm
Table Games, and Socializing in the Air-conditioned Club House. Maybe a campfire in the Evening.
July 30th Friday– 2 pm Craft.
5pm- Mexican Potluck.
Table Games, and Socializing in the Club House. Maybe a campfire in the Evening.
July 31st Saturday– 2pm Bingo
Supper on your own, or Supper at the “Pick’en Parlor” & Enjoy the live Music at the Campgrounds Pick’en Parlor.
We the Wagon Masters will attend this event. All are welcome to come and go as you please at your leisure. Music is free. There is a fee for your meal. Table Games, and Socializing in the Club House after supper & music.
Aug. 1st Sunday– 1:15 pm- Ice cream Social in the clubhouse.
2 pm- Table games/ card games.
5 pm- Loaded Baked Potato Potluck & Desserts
Wagon Masters will provide the Spuds. Everyone else bring a topping for the potatoes.
Examples- cheese, onion, ground beef, olives, sour cream, bacon, beans, salsa.
6:30 pm- Free Raffle
Table Games, and Socializing in the Club House after raffle.
