28 Rig limit.  (Campground space is a limiting factor) 

 Cost to attend/Registration fee: $10 per adult – 

This is to help with misc. expenses.

Campsite cost:  

30 amp- $40.15 a night

Why?  Because we make a Directory well before the event.  Your photo will be added when you arrive.

Your Phone number (prefer cell #) we like to have for road emergencies.  Especially if you don’t arrive.

When we receive the above information we will send you a “Email Confirmation Letter” confirming that, “Your signed up for the above Event.”

If you are not going to be able to attend the rally we ask that you cancel no later than  the above date.  If you have to cancel after the above date, out of courtesy to others please contact us.  This is only fair to those on a waiting list.  Thank you.

Itinerary:  This is a social event.

More to come for activities later. Here are a few current plans. (All subject to change.)

We will have some crafts to do in the afternoons, also there will be card/table games. We plan to have a slide show of playing of our time together over the past ten years.

Plan on evening potlucks. Keep it simple bring what you like. Just bring enough to share a little. The last evening of the event will be (Leftovers Potluck), or bring whatever you like.  

Evening campfire, & or games, socializing and snacks  in the clubhouse.
